• Where do you see yourself on December 31, 2029?
• What are the broad strategies that will get you there? (ideally 3 - always easier to retain and manage).
• What are the goals you need to achieve in 5 years, 3 years, 2 years and this year to get there?
• For each of the goals you hope to achieve this year (again, ideally 3), what are the priorities in terms of what you need to make happen this year? In the first quarter?
